Being a member of the GCN Mobile App Beta Tester program gives you early Confidential access to ‘Beta' features in GCN Mobile App ("GCN"), operated by Play Sports Network Limited.

Those features are not fully built and may not include all of the content and functionality that we're aiming for but we promise it will be great all the same!

Conditions:

* By being a member of the GCN Mobile App Beta Tester Program, you agree to keep all non-public aspects of the app to which you may be granted access secret and strictly confidential and you agree that:

* Any details about the app to which you may be granted access as a beta tester are highly confidential and are not to be shared or discussed with or shown to anyone.

* You will not take any screenshots of elements of the app which you may test. If you do submit a screenshot to provide feedback or at the request of the support or development team, please delete it afterwards.

* You are over 18 (or the age of majority in your territory of residence if more than 18 years old). If you are under the age of majority in your territory of residence, you will not be able to complete this registration form

* You will protect your device at all times when accessing the app, and not allow anyone else to use of access the beta testing elements of the app.

* Always use a passkey/password on your device.

* You will not allude to, post or otherwise share ANY details of the of the non-public elements of the app which you may test on social media including that it exists or you are involved in testing it.

* Also – bear in mind that assets, images or information about test elements of the app have not been released publicly, so everything you see is strictly for your eyes only.

* We may send feedback requests via email (you may also be asked for feedback within the app). Your feedback is extremely valuable to the team.

* Beta features will only be available for a limited period ("Test Period"). We can amend, suspend or discontinue the app or its beta features, or your access to the app or its beta features, without notice at any time.

* Any use of the app is subject to the GCN Terms of Use (https://www.playsportsnetwork.com/app-terms-of-use), which apply in addition to these conditions.

* We will collect personal data about you when you sign-up and use the app, when you provide information such as name and email address in order to participate as a beta tester, and when you provide feedback on the app. Any personal information you supply to us or that we collect from you when using the app or provide feedback will be used by us in the ways set out in our GCN Privacy Policy (https://www.playsportsnetwork.com/app-privacy-policy).
